The form below allows you to create a profile which is necessary to place orders. Do not forget that this information is essential to use our services correctly. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

You will be contacted if additional information is needed. Please be prepared to send copies of your tax identification if needed.

ATTENTION: ** You will NOT be able to view wholesale pricing information until your application has been reviewed and accepted. You will NOT be able to view wholesale immediately after registering.**

HOW OUR SYSTEM WORKS...

1. Register your business. You will receive an automated response that you've registered. (this does not mean you've been accepted) Please use a unique user name and password, do not use any funky characters or you may get an error message if they are used in the username and/or password. If you do get an error message stating user already exists please simply choose a different user name or combine numbers and letters to make yours unique.

2. We will send a response when you've been accepted, it will state that your profile has been modified and accepted for wholesale, you may now LOGIN to view pricing and begin shopping! (normally within 24 hrs. weekdays, Fri-Sun. requests will be attended to Mondays.)

3. Once accepted as a wholesale customer please refer to our FAQ and policy page for additional information. Thank you.
